Payment Procedures

Please note that registration
fee, deposit, course fee and art materials fee are payable at the point
of confirmation of a place. All other fees will be payable prior to or
at admission.

Deposit fee is for reservation
of subsequent term and this deposit can be offset for the last term course
fee by providing us one term advanced notice.
-
Art materials fee is is compulsory
one time payment for new student.

All fees are not refundable
unless otherwise class being cancelled by UniqArts
Course Fee
-
The Course Fee for the term
has to be paid in full before commencement of classes, upon the child's
admission. Course fee should be paid two weeks prior current term ended.

The Course Fee shall continue
to be payable notwithstanding the fact that the child is absent from the
Centre. The Course Fee must also be paid regardless of any vacation taken
by the child.

The Course Fee is still payable
should the child be absent due to illness or contracting contagious diseases,
such as measles, mumps, chicken pox, etc.
Materials Fee
-
All art materials are not included
unless otherwise stated
-
All students are to purchase
art materials from UniqArts to facilitate their learning
Penalty Charges
-
Late payment of fees or returned
cheque will be subjected to a penalty charge of $10 per person
-
Subsequent late payment fee
applicable at $2 per day per person
-
Late pickup fee after student's
class applicable at $5 per 30 minutes per person
Medical Care
-
Parents or guardians will be
responsible to ensure that their children attending UniqArts's session
are free from any known illness, disease or symptoms that are contagious.

Children suffering from contagious
diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, hand foot mouth
disease or fever above 38 Degrees Celsius, vomiting and diarrhea, throat
infections, etc, are advised to stay at home and not to attend school until
a clean bill of health is given by the doctor.
Extra T-shirt, Apron and Jacket
Sweater
-
We recommend children attending
UniqArts's session within air-conditioned room should always bring along
a thick jacket sweater
-
Apron is recommended for children
known to be messy or highly active in handling art materials
-
Extra T-shirt can be used if
necessary
-
Our policy is to ensure safe
and comfort in term of dressing in the class.
Change of Particulars
-
Parents or guardians are to
keep UniqArts informed immediately of any changes of particulars given
in the Registration Form; eg. telephone numbers, address, etc.

This is to ensure that we are
able to contact you at all times in the case of emergency or important
information
Notice
-
All program timetable and syllabus
are subject to change without notice.

There is no replacement lesson
for any absentee from the class with or without notice
-
UniqArts and Technologies reserved
the rights to allocate seats accordingly without any reason or notice given
-
UniqArts and Technologies has
the rights to accept or reject any application without any reason or notice
given
Risks
-
All students attending UniqArts
program are at his or her own risks which may arise in any circumstances
-
Parents or guardians are to
pick up the students punctually at all times
Termination
-
In certain circumstances, it
may be necessary for the center to decide to discontinue a child’s attendance.
Such a decision will be base on whether it is in the best interest of the
child, the other children in the class and the overall operation of the
center to terminate enrollment.

Every effort will be made to
salvage the situation before final decision is made. Termination may be
result of the follow:
* Non-payment
of course fee (immediate termination)
* The
school’s inability to meet with the child’s needs
* Abuse
of children, staff or property
* Disruptive
or dangerous behaviour
* Continued
violation of the center’s policies by parents or children

Whenever possible, written notification
of one week will be provided to the parent in the event of termination
of enrollment.
Confidentiality
-
Student's information is kept
confidential and will not be accessible to any outside parties unless otherwise
with written consent from parents or guardians.

UniqArts' course detail, process
and methods are strictly confidential and parents or guardians must not
communicate in any form to any party unless otherwise with written agreement
from UniqArts
Intelligent Property Rights
-
All teaching materials, books
or any works from UniqArts in any form or any media shall be property of
UniqArts.
-
All artworks, concept photograph
or any communication recorded in any form or any media shall be property
of UniqArts.
UniqArts reserved the full
rights to use them in any research, study, marketing or presentation as
per UniqArts' discretion.

REPRESENTATIVES OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS ARE HEREBY VERRIDDEN, EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.
UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT
THE OPERATION AND/OR DELIVERY OF THE UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S)
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR NO CHANGE IN ITS SYLLABUS OR TIMETABLE OR TEACHERS.
FURTHERMORE, UNIQARTS AND
TECHNOLOGIES DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE
OR THE RESULTS OF ATTENDING UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S) IN TERMS
OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY

UNIQARTS OR ITS LICENSORS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,

OR UNFORESEEABLE, BASED ON CLAIMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS
FOR LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, PROFITS, USE OF MONEY OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS,
INTERRUPTION IN USE OR AVAILABILITY OF DATA, STOPPAGE OF OTHER WORK
OR IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER ASSETS), ARISING OUT OF BREACH OR FAILURE
OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION,

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE
LIABILITY WHICH UNIQARTS OR ITS LICENSORS MAY INCUR IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING
EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES
COURSE(S) THAT DIRECTLY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
