CAREFULLY READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTRATING ANY UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS UNIQARTS) COURSE BY REGISTRATING ANY UNIQARTS' COURSE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT REGISTER OR ATTEND ANY UNIQARTS' COURSE:

• Registration fee is applicable at $30 per person
• Non-refundable Deposit $50: For reservation of subsequent term and offset for the last term course fee otherwise it will be forfeited.
• Art materials basic set: This is compulsory one time payment for new student.
• Payment fee is due prior new term commencement. 
• A late payment fee is applicable at $2 per day.
• All program timetable and syllabus are subject to change without notice.
• All registration must be with full payment to reserve a place
• All fees are not refundable unless otherwise class being cancelled by UniqArts or otherwise stated
• There is no replacement lesson for any absentee from the class
• UniqArts and Technologies has the rights to accept or reject any application without any reason
• All students attending UniqArts program are at his / her own risk which may arise in any circumstances
• All materials are not included unless otherwise stated
• Art materials basic set: This is compulsory one time payment for new student. 
• Only art materials and bags that are purchased from UniqArts may be kept at the classroom after class. However, UniqArts is not responsible for any loss, damage or misplacement of the materials.
• Students who are not attending classes or program at UniqArts are to claim back their materials and bags immediately after termination. Otherwise, UniqArts will dispose them at our own discretion.
• Only UniqArts existing students are allowed to be in the classroom during their respective lessons. 
• Parents are to pick up their kids immediately after their respective class.
• UniqArts reserved the right to accept, reject and allocate seats accordingly as appropriate and without any explanation.
• UniqArts owns all the copyrights and property of any photography of the students taken during the session.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH UNIQARTS, ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES AND GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S), WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRIOR ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS BY UNIQARTS, ITS LICENSORS OR REPRESENTATIVES OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS ARE HEREBY VERRIDDEN, EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION AND/OR DELIVERY OF THE UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR NO CHANGE IN ITS SYLLABUS OR TIMETABLE OR TEACHERS.

FURTHERMORE, UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF ATTENDING UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S) IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL UNIQARTS OR ITS LICENSORS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, BASED ON CLAIMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, PROFITS, USE OF MONEY OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, INTERRUPTION  IN USE OR AVAILABILITY OF DATA, STOPPAGE OF OTHER WORK OR IMPAIRMENT  OF OTHER ASSETS), ARISING OUT OF BREACH OR FAILURE OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY WHICH UNIQARTS OR ITS LICENSORS MAY INCUR IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE UNIQARTS AND TECHNOLOGIES COURSE(S) THAT DIRECTLY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
