What
is Positive/Happiness Art Therapy (Positive HAT):
-
Positive/Happiness
Art Therapy (HAT) focus on the positive energies and resources through
the use of art therapy to help us in search of happiness, talents, creative
self, virtue, and active lifestyles.
Why
Positive/Happiness Art Therapy:
-
Happiness
is notoriously elusive aspect of human existence, whose nature and origins
have been debated throughout history. But one point on which almost everyone
agrees is that happiness is a uniquely desirable commodity. In every culture
where researchers have posed the question, the majority of people say they
regard happiness as their ultimate goal in life. Most people rate happiness
above money (Dr. Martin, 2005).
-
Prevention
is better than cure. It is the objective of PositiveHAT that we can nurture,
strengthen, empower, and build a pool of positive inner resources with
capacity to access to them when we have challenges in life. This will make
us stronger with strength of resilience. However, Positive HAT is recommended
when you are in good form as well. In fact, the result may not more effective.
You do not need to wait until we are in need of help. In addition, PositiveHAT
aims to facilitate personal development and to realize the full potential
of life.
Guided
Visualization Techniques:

is using proven and effective guided visualization technique from an experienced,
trained and qualified art therapist - Mr. Paul Lee. This technique is used
in addition to creativity development and art therapy.
